Join us for an evening celebrating the style, spirit and unforgettable decades that shaped the Center.
Thank you to Chef Jeremy and the team at the girl & the fig for creating a menu inspired by food served in the 1950's with a modern Wine Country spin. There will be wine service at each table from our wine partners Idell Family Vineyards, Deerfield Ranch Winery and others to be named soon.
The cocktail hour will feature passed hors d'ouevres:
- bay shrimp cocktail, lemon gelee
- pigs in a blanket, yellow mustard
- tuna melt tart, crispy pastry, cheddar, cornichon
- mini cheese ball bites, toasted pecans, herbs
Dinner
- wedge salad: iceberg lettuce, tomato, red onion, bacon, blue cheese dressing
Entrees, your choice of
- roast filet of beef with mushroom jus, whipped potatoes, english peas
- salmon with lemon beurre blanc, whipped potatoes, emglish peas
- fresh corn polenta with oven dried tomatoes, roasted mushrooms, basil pesto
Dessert
- berry shortcake with brown sugar biscuit, macerated strawberries, chantilly
